On September 10th a delegation from Clermont Auvergne INP visited the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC) to explore new avenues for collaboration and academic exchange. The visit included a campus tour, giving INP representatives an opportunity to discover UQAC’s facilities and engage with students enrolled in the dual-degree program between the two institutions.
During discussions with current INP students at UQAC, several reasons for choosing the dual-degree program were highlighted. Students emphasized the opportunity to “discover new programs” and expand their academic horizons while also benefiting from “better chances for employment” through the international experience.
The delegation also met with UQAC faculty to discuss future cooperation projects, aiming to further enhance the academic and research partnership between INP and UQAC. These talks focused on expanding program offerings and creating more opportunities for student and faculty exchanges in the future.
This visit is part of ongoing efforts to foster stronger ties and provide students with greater academic and professional opportunities across borders.
